Terms & Store Policy

• • Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to sign in, use the restroom, calm down, prepare for your session and ensure that you get your full time of session.
  • If you are late, the massage will start as soon as possible but we will end at the same pre-established end time. While we try our best to accommodate your specific circumstance, we will not make up the time lost since there is usually a session that immediately follows yours. Also, we find it unfair to cause the next client inconvenience due to you being late.
  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules, in this case, there is NO CHARGE
  • Same day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the value of your session or $30 fee for each time you reschedule.
  • If you are a no show (not showing up for your appointment as scheduled without notice of cancellation or reschedule), you will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
  • ​If your session was scheduled through a discounted voucher and you are a no show, your voucher will be redeemed for the full value of the scheduled session.
  • If you are a same-day cancellation or no-show after you have placed a deposit, you will lose your deposit and will have to pay 50% of the value of the session (if it is a same-day cancellation) or the full value of the session (if you are a no-show).
  • Each customer will only be able to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment twice, after your third set session, you will either be required to: a) get a refund or b) attend your session as confirmed. There is a $25 rescheduling fee for each rescheduled appointment.
  • Vouchers are allowed to be used by new/first time customers only. Multiple coupons from the same person defeat the purpose of our promotion and eventually hurt our business. A second coupon from the same person WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
  • State Law: Statute 61G5-20.002 of Florida Board of Cosmetology prohibits the entry of ALL animals into our facility. If you bring animals along to your visit, you will not be permitted to have your massage and your session will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Please DO NOT bring animals along with you.
  • Due to the nature of our business, where silence is a necessity,  children and infants are also not allowed, unless it is a special event dedicated towards children, such as our ‘kiddies spa day’ or ‘girls day out’. Failure to honor this policy will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
  • Full refunds are discretionary, and no refund will be processed once service has been received.
  • All customers are required to complete an registration form upon arrival. All medical conditions that may count as a contraindication to massage therapy should be disclosed before your massage session.

• If you do not complete the registration form or do not provide us with an accurate mailing address and we have to hire the services of any third party, such as a private investigator, etc. to locate you, you will be required to pay the entire cost associated with said event.

Non-disparagement

Both parties agree to not disparage the other under any circumstance to any third party, may it be customers, potential customers, staff, competitor, or any third party.

Litigation, legal fees, and court cost

In the event of any litigation arising from or related to the business conducted with Bodywork Treatments and Therapeutic Massage, or any services provided, where your address or other information is required, and the services of a skip tracer or any third party service has to be hired to locate your whereabouts and obtain your contact information, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable costs incurred including staff time, court costs, attorneys fees, and all other related expenses incurred in such litigation and third party services.

Proceeding to create or book your appointment will automatically indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and policies, in which case, we welcome you and thank you for choosing us.
