Terms & Store Policy

1. Late Arrival Policy:

Please arrive on time or 15 minutes early in order to sign in, use the restroom, calm down, prepare for your session and ensure that you get your full time of session.
If you are late, the massage will start as soon as possible but we will end at the same pre-established end time. While we try our best to accommodate your specific circumstance, we will not make up the time lost since there is usually a session that immediately follows yours. Also, we find it unfair to cause the next client inconvenience due to you being late.
Full service fees will be charged for shortened sessions due to late arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules, in this case, there is NO CHARGE
Same day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the value of your session or $30 fee for each time you reschedule.
If you are a no-show appointment (not showing up for your appointment as scheduled without notice of cancellation or reschedule), you will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
If you are a same-day cancellation or no-show after you have placed a deposit, you will lose your deposit and will have to pay 50% of the value of the session (if it is a same-day cancellation) or the full value of the session (if you are a no-show).
Each customer will only be able to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment twice, after your third set session, you will either be required to: a) get a refund or b) attend your session as confirmed. There is a $25 rescheduling fee for each rescheduled appointment.

3. Inappropriate Behavior Policy:

Massage therapy is strictly for relaxation and therapeutic purposes.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services. (Please note that you will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session.)
Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also be obligated to file a report with the local authorities, if necessary.

4. Store Policy:

Full refunds are discretionary, and no refund will be processed once service has been received.
Due to the nature of our business, where silence is a necessity, children and infants are also not allowed, unless it is a special event dedicated towards children, such as our ‘kiddies spa day’ or ‘girls day out’. Failure to honor this policy will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
All customers are required to complete a registration form upon arrival. All medical conditions that may count as a contraindication to massage therapy should be disclosed before your massage session.
If you do not complete the registration form or do not provide us with an accurate mailing address and we have to hire the services of any third party, such as a private investigator, etc. to locate you, you will be required to pay the entire cost associated with said event.

5. Non-Disparagement:

Both parties agree to not disparage the other under any circumstance to any third party, may it be customers, potential customers, staff, competitor, or any third party.

6. Litigation, Legal Fees, and Court Costs:

In the event of any litigation arising from or related to the business conducted with BeHealed Therapeutic Center, or any services provided, where your address or other information is required, and the services of a skip tracer or any third party service has to be hired to locate your whereabouts and obtain your contact information, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable costs incurred including staff time, court costs, attorneys fees, and all other related expenses incurred in such litigation and third party services.

7. Membership Terms & Policy:

General Terms:

All Late Arrival, Cancellation, Inappropriate Behavior, Store Policy, Non-Disparagement, and Litigation clauses outlined in the membership agreement apply to all members.
Memberships may be terminated for violation of company policies or misconduct.
The company reserves the right to change office rules, regulations, and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice.
Memberships are subject to renewal fees and terms.

Billing and Payment:

Members are required to notify the office of any change in credit card information on file prior to the next electronic funds transfer (EFT) date.
The member authorizes BeHealed Therapeutic Center to complete an electronic funds transfer (EFT) each month on the billing date specified in the agreement.

Silver Behealed Membership:

After each billing cycle, members receive one free 60-minute integrative therapeutic massage. (Therapies expire in 30 days, and unused sessions will not be refunded or carried forward.)
Additional therapies are available at the standard membership price.
Members enjoy a 15% discount on add-ons.
Therapies are not transferable or accumulative.
A three-month minimum commitment is required, with auto-renewal.

Gold Behealed Membership:

After each billing cycle, members receive one free 60-minute integrative therapeutic massage with one add-on, such as hot stones. (Unused sessions can roll over for one month before expiring.)
Additional therapies are available at the standard membership price.
Members receive early access to future promotions.
Members receive a free 30-minute massage on their birthday.
Members can share their therapy sessions with family or friends for an additional cost of $10.
A six-month minimum commitment is required, with auto-renewal.

Diamond Behealed Membership:

After each billing cycle, members receive one free 60-minute integrative therapeutic massage with one or two free add-ons, such as hot stones and aromatherapy. (Unused sessions can roll over for two months before expiring.)
Additional therapies are available at the standard membership price.
Members receive early access to future promotions and may qualify for special discounts or promotions.
Members receive a free 30-minute massage on their birthday.
Members can share their therapy sessions with family or friends at no extra cost.
A twelve-month minimum commitment is required, with auto-renewal.

By signing the membership agreement, the member acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms and policies outlined above. Proceeding to create or book your appointment will automatically indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and policies, in which case, we welcome you and thank you for choosing us.
